SUSPENSE, MYSTERY & FANTASY IN TWO PARALLEL UNIVERSES.
When mystery and intrigue merge with the magic of parallel universes, they end up revealing truths that could change it all:
In how many realities can we (not) exist?
Is the end a leap into another timeline, or a border that shatters before our eyes?
Oturia, November 1, 2024. Two paths diverge in the woods. So begins the story of Paula, who, as she has done every year for the past seven, is staying at a rural guest house with her husband and friends to pay tribute to Valeria, who disappeared in Cadaqus on a summer night in 2014.
But for Paula, these gatherings are becoming increasingly tedious, and she decides to go for a walk alone. As luck would have it, she loses her bearings and gets lost in the middle of the Oturia forest, swallowed by mist and darkness, and plagued by strange legends.
Shortly after Paula senses the presence of a woman whose face she cannot quite see, she suffers an accident that causes her world to fracture in two. Paula lands in an alternative version of her life whose past is a mystery to her, while in the only timeline she remembers, she passes away, leaving her husband with many questions about who she really was when he discovers what she did ten years ago.
Two inseparable friends
A summer in which everything changed
And a place destined to hide the most terrible secrets
“We are what we choose to be in the face of life’s blows. And that is the choice that makes the difference, even more than our actions.”
