Hold on tight… because this leaf is about to fly!
One gust of wind is all it takes. When a small leaf loses its grip on the tree, it’s swept into the sky on a wild, wonder-filled journey – soaring above the clouds. tumbling under a broken chair, ducking between a pig’s legs, and racing through a tunnel, with no idea where it will land next!
From lighthouses to trains, kitchen tables to city streets, young readers will giggle and gasp as they follow the runaway leaf from one surprising landing spot to the next – never knowing what’s coming until the wind blows again.
Playful, rhythmic, and irresistibly repetitive, The Runaway Leaf is more than a bedtime story – it’s a joyful introduction to position and location words like over, under, into, through, next to, and across. Bright, simple illustrations bring each scene to life, helping little minds build vocabulary and spatial understanding while they giggle their way through every gust.
Perfect for read-aloud time, preschool learning, and early vocabulary development, this charming picture book turns everyday prepositions into an unforgettable adventure – one gust at a time.
Curl up, turn the page, and see where the wind blows next!
