True stories told. Just some of the many experienced by Davide Branco to “build bridges” between people, between peoples and their ethnic groups, between economies, between democracies, from one shore of humanity to the other. “The Child and the Scales”, a book that wants to be a journey together starting from the Balkans and as far away as Uzbekistan. A path that the Author wants to share with the Reader to deepen, to make them reflect, to transfer true sensations, to understand the priorities of life, to get to know other countries. A lively, sometimes cheerful book of emotions, experiences, positive feelings, hope, lives lived, smiles, technical insights. Not an obituary, not a chronicle of war events, not a cold list of dates, not a succession of pitiless numbers of victims, not a map of places of brutality, but a hymn to Life and Freedom.
