Luma and the Horses
Luma Lightseed drifts into the quiet world of horses and begins to notice.
Through gentle encounters with breath, movement, stillness, and connection, Luma discovers that horses have their own ways of listening and responding to the world around them.
Luma and the Horses is a noticing notebook-a playful invitation for children and adults to slow down, look again, and explore what becomes visible when we simply pay attention.
There is nothing to achieve. Only something to notice.
