When Granma hops from her daughter Perla’s car and arrives at Camp Streamside By The Mountains-after being wedged between a fishing pole, a glitter-explosion craft box, and seven grandchildren vibrating with unregulated summer energy-she has no idea she is about to become the most legendary camper the mountains have ever seen.
From the moment she arrives, Granma Sarah is a hit. The counselors welcome her like a celebrity. The camp chef practically leaps with joy when she steps into the kitchen. And once she unveils her world-famous Georgia Peach Pie, the entire camp forms a fan club. (Unofficial motto: In Granma…we crust.)
