From Brian’s eleventh volume of poetry journals. Brian expresses his thoughts and deep reflections. From a bipolar and anxiety riddle brain. Seeing how he takes his many flaws and shows the trapping of the ups and downs. And with a creative flip; Brian presents this collection with much more colorful expression. Holding nothing back gives you what he has experienced. Just like the world of being an anxious bipolar, there are many facets, but he uses his words. In this collection, you see again how he sees his experience. The example of embracing your flaws and embrace all who you are.
