Heartbreaks and renewed husband-hunting; labour strikes in the strangest places; and political sidelining that comes with consequences; the characters in this, Extra Teeths eleventh issue, are fighting back against the forces in their worlds.Whether its trying to care for a loved one far away, turning rage and hatred into pure lust, or striking out in places that have been made alien, these stories are full of boldness and agency published alongside essays that consider the meaning of home, language and how we belong.Featuring some of Scotlands best emerging and established writers alongside exciting voices from further afield, the twelve stories and essays that comprise Issue Eleven of Extra Teeth are all translated into brash and beautiful graphics by Glasgow-based illustrator Agnes Boman.Agnes Bomanis a Swedish illustrator based in Glasgow, working across editorial illustration, murals, animation and more.
